Grindmaster offers automatic polishing machine for hairline and bright finishing of square / rectangular tubes. These are conveyorised machines offered with up to 14 polishing heads and through put of up to 14 M/min. The polishing head has motorised up / down adjustment and automatic wheel wear compensation. The wheel oscillation is also provided for achieving better finishing results. Liquid polishing compound spray system and coolant system is included. Polishing wheel has 150 mm width. Thus multiple tubes of smaller size can be polished together. Length : 3000mm to 6000mm
